Getting your order ready
Once you order, our team calls or messages you to confirm it, and it's usually with our courier within 1–2 working days after that.
How long it takes
- Lahore: 1–2 working days from dispatch
- Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 working days from dispatch, depending on how well-covered your area is by our courier
What delivery costs
A flat Rs. 300 confirmation charge applies to Cash on Delivery orders — think of it as part of your order total rather than an extra fee, since it's adjusted against your bill. Some products qualify for free delivery, and you'll see that clearly marked on the product page when they do.
Remote & restricted areas
We've seen returns climb from a few harder-to-reach areas, so for orders going to a remote or restricted location, our team reviews the delivery address and may ask for an advance order confirmation payment before we dispatch — usually Rs. 300, and sometimes up to Rs. 500 depending on the area. It's not an extra cost on top of your order; it's simply adjusted against your total once your order is confirmed. If your order already used a discount or promo code, this confirmation payment applies with no exceptions, regardless of your delivery area.
Where we deliver
Anywhere in Pakistan, through our courier partners. If you're in a more remote area, delivery might take a bit longer, and we'll give you a heads-up if that's the case for your address.
Self-pickup in Lahore
If you're in Lahore, you can skip delivery altogether and pick your order up yourself. Just message us on WhatsApp once your order's confirmed, and we'll arrange a time and share the pickup location with you.
Same-day delivery in Lahore
For Lahore orders, we can often get a rider out to you the same day — but since this ties up a rider on the spot, we ask for advance payment first. Once you've paid, we send the rider straight out. See our Express Delivery page for how to request it.
Keeping track of your order
As soon as it ships, we'll send your tracking details over WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow it right to your door.
