Refund & Return Policy
We want you to actually love what you ordered — not just keep it because sending things back feels like a hassle. So if something's wrong, here's how we sort it out.
We sent you the wrong thing
That one's on us. Let us know within 3 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free pickup, then either get the right item out to you or refund you in full — usually within 3 working days of getting the wrong item back. We'd just ask that it comes back unused, in its original packaging, with everything that came in the box.
You've changed your mind
No hard feelings — it happens. You've got 3 days from delivery to send it back, as long as you haven't opened the packaging. Once it's opened or used, we can't take it back for a simple change of mind, and in this case the return shipping is on you.
It arrived damaged
This is the one we're strictest about, and for good reason: please film yourself opening the parcel, before you take anything out of the packaging. If something's damaged, that video is what lets us approve your refund or replacement quickly, without back-and-forth. No unboxing video, unfortunately no claim — so it really is worth the 30 seconds. Once we've seen it, we'll sort you out with a replacement or a full refund, return shipping included, within about 3 working days.
A few things we can't take back
- Anything missing its original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase
- Items damaged from misuse or an unauthorized repair
- Change-of-mind returns once the product's been opened or used
- Anything bought from a reseller rather than directly from us
How to start a return
Just message us on WhatsApp at +92 300 5893336 or +92 320 4664106, or drop us a line at meerusupport@gmail.com with your order ID and what's going on. We'll take it from there and let you know where to send it back.
Once we've received and checked the returned item, refunds go back to your original payment method (or by bank/NayaPay/JazzCash transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 working days.
