By browsing meerutech.store or placing an order with us, you're agreeing to the following — nothing unusual, just the basics that keep things fair for everyone.
Who can order
You'll need to be able to legally enter into a purchase agreement to shop with us. We'd also ask that you don't use the site for anything unlawful or try to interfere with how it runs.
About our listings and prices
We work hard to keep product descriptions, photos, and prices accurate, but occasionally something slips — a colour can look a little different depending on your screen, for instance. Prices can change without notice, and if we spot a pricing error, suspicious activity, or what looks like reseller buying rather than a genuine order, we reserve the right to correct it, limit quantities, or decline the order.
Orders and cancellations
Every order gets a confirmation call or message before we dispatch it. You're welcome to cancel a prepaid order any time before it ships, and COD orders can be cancelled right there on the confirmation call. Once something's shipped, it moves into our return policy instead of a cancellation.
For orders going to a remote or restricted area, or orders that already used a discount or promo code, our team may ask for an advance order confirmation payment before dispatch — see "Delivery Information" for details. This is adjusted against your total, not an extra charge, and applies with no exceptions once either of those conditions is met.
How you can pay
We accept Cash on Delivery, plus advance payment by bank transfer, NayaPay, or JazzCash — details are on our "How to Pay" page. Advance-payment orders go out once we can see the funds have cleared.
Delivery
The timeframes we quote are our honest best estimate, not a guarantee. We're not able to take responsibility for delays caused by the courier, an incomplete or wrong address, or things genuinely outside our control.
Where our responsibility ends
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we can't be held liable for indirect or incidental losses from using a product — our responsibility is limited to the value of your order.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of Pakistan.
